Lazy Sundays

Sunday is always a good time to post. Not much going on usually. This is my day to relax.

Friday Phillip, Abby, and I went and watched softball home run derby at Big League Dreams in Mansfield. Jeff Hall was there (professional softball player for those who don't know). Phillip's dream is to travel and play softball...and get paid for it. LOL

Saturday Abby and I went shopping (for her), ate lunch at Sonic (her choice) and went and saw Monsters Vs. Aliens in 3D. It was a cute movie. I wish I had my camera with me, my phone doesn't have a flash. She looked so cute with her little glasses on. She kept grabbing at the stuff coming out the screen. It was funny. She ended up not wearing her glasses, she said it freaked her out with those things flying at her. LOL Phillip played softball all day Saturday, came home at 3 a.m. Unfortunately some sports complexes run weird brackets. Sometimes you only played 3 games all day, but you've been there 12 hours. Screw that, but softball enthusiasts don't seem to mind.

Today Abby and I had lunch with my dad while Phillip mowed the lawn and then caught up on his missed sleep. I had a small nap. Now Abby has her friend over and they're playing dress up.

Tomorrow Abby and I are going to get our passports. $100 a person!! Sheesh. I've decided to legally change my name to Kim. Abby starts school in August and I don't want to have a different last name than she does. Who knows if or when Phillip and I will get married. Maybe our 10 yr. anniversary? Neither one of us are a fan of it. We've considered it several times, and the planning becomes stressful and we just say fuck it. I think it's unnecessary. For all intents and purposes we are husband and wife, all we lack is the piece of paper. Some people think it's not a marriage until you have a piece of paper. Those people have alot to learn, I wish them luck. Phillip and I will celebrate our 7 year anniversary on May 19th.
