Is it Friday yet?

Everything is good here. Abby has recovered beautifully from her surgery. I can now say she no longer snores!! She has been having a great time at summer camp. They have 1-2 field trips a week! Last week they went bowling on Tuesday, and went to Rainforest Cafe on Thursday. They have water day in between which obviously is her favorite. :)

We went to see Phillip's dad in Killeen this past Saturday. He sold his house down here since moving back to Korea, and came to wrap some stuff up. We had some good eating on Saturday. Love me some Korean food. We went to Round Rock in Austin where Phillip's dad pretty much bought the place for Abby. LOL! It was brutally hot.

Yesterday I marked off one of my many things on the house project list. We bought a new ceiling fan for the living room. I LOVE it!! Phillip installed it sparing all but one cuss word I think. lol Next will be new doors. 2 more months and I will have quite a bit of money to accomplish the rest with. I cannot believe my baby is going to Kindergarten!

I've made Friday my ritual girls night. It is so hard for me to find women that I get along with, and I've found 3!! They are so much fun to be around, and for whatever reason think I'm a hoot. lol Phillip typically has softball Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, not to mention the couple days during the week. I don't mind him playing softball at all, but I'm not gonna be the mom who sits at home all the time, or is always lugging the kid around when I want to go somewhere. I need "ME TIME"! Kathy plays tennis which I've been DYING to do but I had noone to play with! So we're going to start at some point, but it's damn hot out there.

Next weekend us girls are going to Six Flags which I'm stoked about. Then July 25th we're all going to see The Reverend Horton Heat!! WOOT!! I missed them in June because Phillip wanted me at his tournament that Saturday. This time I'm not missing them!!

Phillip and I are still discussing Las Vegas for our birthdays. I haven't ever been, and it will be good alone time for me and Phillip.

Just the usual hustle and bustle around here. That's all I've got folks. Tata!
